Specifies the ICA connection weighting factor. Each of the weighting factors

is divided by the sum of the weighting factors to arrive at ratios that are used to

compute the system load level. The ICA connection load is calculated by

dividing the number of free ICA connections by the number of configured ICA

connections and multiplying by the ICA connection ratio. Increasing this

number gives more “weight” to the number of free ICA connections in

computing the load level. Setting this value to zero (0) causes load balancing to

ignore the number of free ICA connections. Load balancing never selects a

system that does not have at least one available ICA connection.
